| 摘 要： | 本系统设计的是皮带运输机的温度与烟雾监控系统,在皮带运输机工作过程中,对其进行两点温度监控与烟雾监控.在轴承和矿井的环境中各设有一个温度传感器,用于测量其温度,在皮带输送机的制动闸的摩擦片处设一个测量烟雾浓度的传感器,监测制动闸是否出现冒烟故障.当监测点温度过高或制动闸出现冒烟故障时,报警系统开启声光报警并能精确显示其故障位置.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the overall design of monitoring system is the temperature of the belt conveyor with smoke.In the working process of the belt conveyor, multi-point temperature measurement and smoke control on it.In the environment of the bearing and mine equipped with a temperature sensor,used to measure the temperature.And in the belt conveyer brake friction disc set a measuring smoke concentration sensor,so that monitoring of the brake fault whether any smoke.When there is smoke monitoring temperature too high or brake failure,open the sound and light alarm and alarm system can accurately display the fault location. |
