基于STC12C5A60S2的电子负载设计

摘    要:本电子负载采用高性能STC12C5A60S2单片机作为系统的控制芯片,由恒压模块、恒流模块、恒阻模块、信号采样模块、液晶显示模块、按键切换和步进模块组成.本系统设计的电压与电流采样均采用ADC0832模数转换模块实现,并通过按键自动步进或手动步进使单片机输出信号作为运算放大器放的基准值.最终系统显示电子负载两端的电压和电流相对误差小于2%.

Design of electronic load based on STC12C5A60S2
Abstract:The electronic load adopts high-performance STC12C5A60S2 single-chip microcomputer as control chip,the system module by a constant voltage,constant current,constant resistance module,signal sampling module,liquid crystal display module,button switch,and step into the module.The system design of voltage and current sampling adopt ADC0832 analog-to-digital conversion module,and step by step automatically by the button or manual step make SCM output signal as the basic value of operational amplifier.At the ends of the final system show that the electronic load voltage and current relative error less than 2%.
