摘    要:为了研究火药燃烧产生的等离子体的特性,本设计采用光谱诊断法对等离子体的电子温度和电子密度进行检测,设计了等离子体特征参数检测系统。本设计在光谱检测法的基础上,根据光谱分析原理和检测总体方案,先后进行了传感器的设计、光谱仪的设计以及数据的处理。设计以ZEMAX为工具,使用探头光路追迹和光纤中光路仿真设计了新型的传感器光学探头;使用光谱仪结构函数优化、消散像处理以及波长点列图分析等方法设计了光谱仪的初始结构和优化结构。对光谱诊断获得的光谱图进行数据处理得到等离子体的电子密度和电子温度,提出了一套能够适用于火药燃烧产生的等离子体的光谱检测方案。为进一步研究火药燃烧产生的等离子体的特性提供一定基础。

Research on the design of the plasma characteristic parameter detection system
Abstract:In orderto study the characteristics of plasma generated by the combustion of propellant,the plasma temperature and electron density were detected by spectroscopic diagnostic method,and the plasma characteristic parameter detection system was designed.Based on the spectral detection method,the design of the sensor,the design of the spectrometer and the data processing were carried out according to the principle of the spectrum analysis and the overall scheme of the detection. Design with ZEMAX to tools, chase trace and fiber optical system design the new sensor optical probe using the optical path of the probe; using a spectrometer structure function optimization,dissipated like processing and wavelength spot diagram analysis method design spectrometer of the initial structure and optimize the structure.Based on the spectrum diagnosis,a set of spectrum detection scheme which can be applied to the combustion of propellants is presented,which provides a basis for further research on the characteristics of the plasma produced by the combustion of propellant.
