摘    要:七相感应电机因其缺相运行具有代表性近来受到关注。采用空间解耦模型,对其基波子空间dq分量采用基于转子磁场定向矢量控制方法实现转矩和磁链解耦控制,鉴于其谐波子空间会产生谐波电流,采用了消除谐波的七相载波型UVM调制方法,该法追加谐波子空间电压为零的约束条件并通过闭环控制得以保证,算法通用性强,开关损耗小,且能够有效消除定子谐波电流。在计算机仿真基础上,以DSP芯片TMS320F28335为控制核心构建的七相感应电机变频调速系统,实验结果验证了控制方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:The seven-phase adjustable speed drive system has drawn more attention because of its typical open-phase fault operation in recent years. Based on the model of 7-phase induction motor, the d-q fundamental spatial component are controlled using vector control strategy to control the flux and torque of IM. However the harmonic components of currents are generated by the harmonic component in the 3rd and 5th harmonic subspace.Combine with voltages in harmonic subspaces set to be zero,a novel PWM, 7-phase UVM with harmonic current elimination,is proposed.Based on the simulation analysis, experiment result verify the control strategy on the 7-phase IM adjust-speed platform with DSP core TMS320F28335.
