活性白土催化松香脱氢裂化反应研究

摘    要:以松香为原料、活性白土为催化剂,考察了反应温度、催化剂用量、溶剂200#油用量、搅拌速度、反应时间对松香催化脱氢裂化反应的影响。结果表明,松香脱氢裂化最佳反应条件为:反应温度533K,催化剂用量0.50%,200#油含量45%,搅拌速度400r/min,反应时间2.5h。反应产物中脱氢枞酸含量为96.11%,收率为36.89%。

Abstract:The catalytic dehydrogenation and cracking of rosin over activated clay were studied.Factors affecting the reactions including reaction temperature,amount of catalyst,solvent consumption of 200# oil,stirring rate and reaction time were investigated.The optimal conditions are as follows:reaction temperature 533 K,catalyst used 0.50%,200# oil used 45%,stirring speed 400 r/min,and reaction time 2.5 h.Under their conditions the yield and content of the product are 36.89% and 96.11%,respectively.
