露天矿地表松散层边坡角寻优模型研究

摘    要:露天矿地表松散层边坡角的确定是露天矿开采设计的基础研究工作,为矿山开采提供有效的安全保障。通过采用边坡极限平衡分析与回归正交试验相结合的方法,建立包括松散层厚度、粘结力、内摩擦角、边坡角和容重五个主要影响因素与边坡稳定性之间的回归模型,得出各影响因素及其交互作用对边坡稳定性的影响规律。通过回归模型的显著性、失拟性检验,对比相同参数条件下的回归模型与数值模拟计算值,结果表明:回归模型显著,拟合度高,计算结果具有较高的可信度。在此基础上,通过反解回归模型,得出任意许用安全系数下的地表松散层边坡角寻优模型。该模型通用性强,为露天矿边坡角寻优提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:The determination of slope Angle of unconsolidated layers in open-pit mine is the basic research work for open-pit mining design and provides effective safety guarantee for mining. By combining the limit equilibrium analysis of slope with the regression orthogonal test, a regression model is established between the slope stability and five main influencing factors including the thickness, the bonding force, the internal friction angle, the slope angle and the bulk density of rock mass, and the influence law of each influencing factor and its interaction on the stability of slope is obtained. Through the test of significance and misfitting of the regression model, and the comparison with the regression model and numerical simulation results under the same parameter condition, the results show that the regression model has obvious significance, high fitting degree and high reliability. On this basis, the slope angle optimization model of unconsolidated layers under any allowable safety factor is obtained by the regression model of the inverse solution. This model has strong universality and provides a new method for slope angle optimization in open-pit mine.
