摘    要:VoLTE语音业务对接通、时延和掉话等性能,有严格要求,网络中总是存在一些区域,由于各种原因不能很好满足需要的性能,实现对这些区域有效管理,提高用户使用业务感知,是解决质差区域的有效方法,本文提出一种通过PCC方式实现对VoLTE质差小区的精细管控,可方便灵活的实现小区级别的VoLTE业务管控。

Abstract:VoLTE(Voice over LTE) has strict requirements on the performance such as connection delay, call drop, etc. There are always some areas in the network, which can not provide good quality. how to effectively manage these areas and improve the service usage ofcustomers perception,which is a difficult task. The paper propose A method of management VoLTE based on PCC, which can be used convenient and flexible to realize VoLTE service control at the cell level.
