| 摘 要： | 介绍了现行的施工招标评标方法,运用价值工程理论,提出了基于DARE法的公路工程施工招标评标模型,指出该模型操作方便,技术可行,实现了经济与效益的有机结合,符合公平、公正、科学的原则,可以使投资发挥最大的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The following paper introduces existing construction bidding and evaluation model,proposes highway engineering construction bidding and evaluation model based on DARE method by using value engineering theory,and points out that this model is convenient to operate and feasible in technique, fulfills organic combination between economy and benefit and accords with the principle of fair,justice and science,which can make investment exert its maximum economic benefit. |
