摘    要:根据核电压力壳筒体锻件拔长工艺的变形特点 ,本文提出衡量其变形优劣的定量化指标 :内部变形均匀度、端面变形率、内孔畸变率和拔长效率。采用密栅云纹法和刚 -粘塑性有限元法研究了核电筒体锻件上平下 V砧芯轴拔长 V砧砧角对变形的影响 ,综合上述各定量指标 ,较合理的 V砧砧角为 110°

Abstract:According to the deforming peculiarity of drawing of nuclear RPV cylinder forging ,four quantitative indicia were defined to determine the quality of deformation in this paper as :uniformity of internal deformation ,deforming ratio at the end of forging,distortion ratio of hole and drawing efficiency The influence of V anvil angle to deformation was studied for mandral drawing of nuclear cylinder forging with Upper flat and Lower V\|Shaped anvils by means of moire and FE method It is found that 110° is a rational anvil angle according to the four quantitative indicia.
