焦炉集气管压力微机控制系统的研制

摘    要:针对多座焦炉并联生产中,影响集气管压力控制的多种因素,借助以IPC与PC机为硬件的上下位控制方案,引入新开发的专家控制算法为控制软件,取得了控制集气管压力的良好效果。使正常情况下,集气管压力能稳定在50±5Pa,保证了生产正常进行。

Abstract:There are the serious coupling phenomena in the coke oven pa-rallell process and also it is difficult to introduce the mathematical model of the pro-cess above,An expert control strategy based on knowledge is developed, Two level control method is used by PC Bus Industry Computer and Programable Controller.The system have been put into action for more tnan two years and achieved good re-sults.
