摘    要:通过计算机模拟设计了一种用于获取三维折射率场多方向干涉图的多通道F-P干涉系统,结果表明,当利用Sine重建算法来再现三维折射率场时,六个方向的F-P干涉图能达到2.24%的平均重建误差。作为一个应用实例,作者用该系统获得了一个三峰温度场的多方向干涉图,并重建了其三维折射率分布。

Abstract:A multi--path F--P interferometric system is designed which is used to obtain the multidirectional interferograms of a three--dimensional refractive index field by the computer simulation. The results show that if the sine reconstructed algorithm is used to reconstruct the-three--dimensional refractive index field, a precision of 2. 24 per cent can be reached with 6 F--P interferograms. As an example of application, this system is used to obtain multidirectional interferograms of a three--peak temperature field. The distribution of the three--dimensional refractive index is reconstructed.
