硫酸亚铁铵容量法测定铬矿石中氧化亚铁

摘    要:铬矿石中亚铁含量的测定对于了解矿石的性质和类型等具有很重要的地质和经济意义。试样用硫-磷混酸溶液在(210±2)℃下加热分解。分解过程中,样品中的亚铁离子被溶液中的Mn3+氧化,溶液中过量的Mn3+用硫酸亚铁铵标准溶液进行滴定,从而测定出样品中氧化亚铁的含量。用标准物质进行检验,结果与标准值相符,相对标准偏差RSD(n=9)为1%~3%。可成功地应用于铬矿石中氧化亚铁(<20%)含量的检测。

Abstract:Determing the content of ferrous oxide is of great importance to know the structure and performance of chrome ore. To determine the content of ferrous oxide in chrome ore by titration with ammonium iron(II) sulfate. The method used trivalent mangnese to oxide the ferrous ion of the sample at (210 ± 2 )℃ in sulphur - phosphorus acid solution, the excess trivalent mangnese was titrated by ammonium iron (II) sulfate as to calculate the content of ferrous oxide in the sample. This method could determine the ferrous oxide( 〈 20% ) in chrome ore quickly and simply ,the RSD( n = 9) was 1% - 3%.
