旅行包托柄注塑模设计与工艺分析

摘    要:通过研究旅行包托柄的产品结构和注塑成型存在的工艺问题,确定了一模一腔的注塑模结构。模具采用斜导柱侧抽芯机构两,个弯销驱动内外滑块侧抽芯机构浇,注系统和温度控制系统。

Abstract:An injection mould structure with one module and one cavity was determined by studying the product structure and technology problems in injection forming of traveling bag stock.The mould adopts slanted guide pillar side core-pulling structure,inner-out sliding block side core-pulling mechanism driven by two bent-pins,gating system and temperature control system.
