聚醚醚酮熔体过滤换向阀的设计与应用

聚醚醚酮过滤生产过程中需要物料换向，由于操作温度、压力较高，物料黏度较大，市场及生产厂家提供不了需要的相应装置。根据实际生产条件及物料特性，仿照三通阀的原理，设计、制造了一种换向阀。通过试车、调整，成功实现了聚醚醚酮过滤生产的物料换向，解决了实际生产的物料换向问题。同时，对其他高温、高压过程的熔体换向具有一定适用性。
