离子液体用于FCC汽油烷基化硫转移反应的探索研究

摘    要:制备了阳离子为盐酸三乙胺的氯铝酸盐离子液体,并考察了离子液体对FCC汽油烷基化硫转移反应的催化性能。结果表明,离子液体具有良好的催化活性,当其添加量为5%时,在100℃下反应2 h可将模型汽油中的噻吩几乎完全转化。FCC汽油在离子液体的催化反应下,其中的硫大部分都被转移到大于180℃的重馏分中。

Abstract:A chloroaluminate ionic liquid whose cation was triethylaminia hydrochloride was prepared, and it was used in the sulfur transfer reaction of FCC gasoline. The results indicated that the ionic liquid performed good catalytic activity for sulfur transfer reaction, almost completing thiophene conversion in the model gasoline, at ionic liquid content of 5%, at reaction temperature of 100℃, at reaction time of 2 h. Most of sulfur compounds in FCC gasoline had been transferred to the heavy distillates over 180℃ under the catalysis of ionic liquid.
