摘    要:物质的水分含量是决定物质物理、化学、生物特性的重要指标,其准确测定具有重要意义。现有的水分测定仪称重结果的测量精度和实时性往往难以同时满足要求。为此,设计了一种基于CS5532的水分测定仪称重模块,阐述了称重传感器的工作原理,给出了称重模块的硬件电路设计,并详细描述了称重数据的预处理策略及其实现方法。实验结果表明:基于该模块的水分测定仪测定结果响应快、实时性好,称重精度为1 mg,水分测量误差不大于0.1%,响应时间小于0.4 s,稳定时间不大于5 s。

Abstract:The moisture content of substance is an important indicator to determine the physical,chemical and biological characteristics of the substance,and accurate measurement of moisture content has important significance.The exist moisture analyzer cannot satisfy the precision of measurement and the real-time performance of weighing simultaneously.A weighing module of moisture analyzer based on CS5532 is designed and the working principle of weighing module is discussed,and the hardware circuit design is described in detail.The experimental results show that the moisture analyzer based on this designed module has quick response of test result and well real-time performance with precision of 0.1mg.The moisture measurement error is less than 0.1%,the response time is less than 0.4s and the stabilization time is less than 5s.
