摘    要:针对四川盆地东部地区高含硫气井开发过程中,可能出现H2S有毒气体,设计了一种井场H2S检测系统。从硬件设计和软件设计两方面详细地阐述了该H2S检测系统的开发过程。硬件设计以STC12C5A60单片机为核心芯片,硬件电路主要包括信号调理电路、数据采集电路和通信电路;软件设计采用C语言和LabVIEW进行开发。通过对该H2S检测系统进行测试,验证了系统测量误差在0.2%以内,可以满足井场H2S检测的高精度测量需要。

Abstract:During the development of high H2S gas wells in the eastern Sichuan Basin,there exists a high potential risk in some gas wells due to H2S,so a kind of wellsite H2S detecting system is designed.In the hardware part,the hardware circuit takes STC 12C5A60MCU as the core chip,mainly including signal regulation circuit,data acquisition circuit and communication circuit.In the software part,software is programmed by C language and LabVIEW.It is verified through test that the measurement system error is less than 0.2%,which satisfies the needs for high precision measurements.
