摘    要:利用差示量热扫描仪(DSC),在288.15-328.15K温度范围内,测定了不同浓度的甜菊糖RA40-甲醇溶液的比热,利用非线性最小二乘法建立比热与甲醇中RA40质量浓度和温度的经验方程.把该方程的计算值与实验值进行比较,相对误差平均小于1.5%.该方程可用于溶液结晶提纯RA及相关体系热量平衡的计算.

Abstract:The specific heat of the aqueous mixtures of steviosides RA40 with methanol was measured with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) at temperatures from 288.15 K to 328.15 K over different concentrations. The correlated equation which explained the connection between the specific heat and the concentration and temperature of RA40 in methanol was obtained with a nonlinearity least-squares regression method. The calculated values have been compared with experimental data. The percentage deviations are all lower than 1.5%. The proposed equation can be used for the crystallization in the solu- tion to purify RA and the calculation of heat balance of relative system as well.
