| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯钻机市场对石油钻机的低温性能的要求非常严格，API SPEC 4F规定钻机的下限温度为-20℃，不能满足-45℃施工极限温度。通过对钻机主要参数的选定，钻机总体布局的设计，保温、供热系统的设计，钻机材料的研究选取，研究设计了模块式ZJ50／3150DB型低温石油钻机，以满足俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦等国低温环境的要求。

| Abstract: | Strict specification is required for drilling rig in low temperature region in Russian market. The low limit temperature is -20℃ specified by API Spec 4F, which can not meet Russian region working condition -45℃. After selection of main rig data, general layout design, heat preservation and heating system design, and material selection, model ZJS0/3150DB low temperature rig module was developed to meet Russian, Kazakstan working condition of low temperature. |
