摘    要:详细地分析了IGBT驱动脉冲变压器的工作过程,讨论了影响驱动信号形状的因素,指出驱动电压信号应具有较缓的前沿,后沿陡度及合适的顶降,并在此基础上,对脉冲变压器的主要参量作出了较合理的选择。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the working process of the IGBT's driving pulse transformer in detail and discusses the factors which inflluence the shape of the driving signal.It shows that the driving voltage signal should have relatively slow varying rates in the front and back edge,on this base of that,it makes a more reasonable choice of the main parameters of the pulse transformer.
