热镀锌钢板钼酸盐钝化膜的改性及耐蚀性

摘    要: 为了探寻一种热镀锌钢板用环保型无铬钝化剂,采用在钼酸盐钝化液中加入适量H3PO4、SiO2、Ti(Ⅳ)盐等添加剂对钼酸盐钝化膜改性,并利用SEM、EDS、XRD和中性盐雾试验等测试手段研究了所得钝化膜的表面形态、成分、组成和抗盐雾性能,同时讨论了钝化膜的成膜机理与防蚀机理。结果表明,改性钼酸盐钝化膜是一种复合钝化膜,其表面呈现出良好的抗白锈能力。它可以有效地提高镀锌板的耐蚀性能,其中Mo P Si Ti体系钝化膜的防护性能比热镀锌板提高5倍,这是由于膜中各组分协同作用所致。

Abstract:In order to find out a environmental protection chromium free passivator for hot dip galvanized steel sheet, molybdate passivation film was modified by adding proper H3PO4, SiO2, Ti(Ⅳ) salt addition agent. The surface morphology, component, composition and salt spray resistance were studied with SEM, EDS, XRD and NSS and the mechanism of film formation and corrosion resistance were discussed too. The results showed that modified molybdate passivation film was a kind of compound passivation film and its surface had good white rust resistance which could increase the corrosion resistance of galvanized steel sheet effectively, thereinto protection capability of passivation film formed from Mo P Si Ti system is 5 times higher than hot dip galvanized plate, which is caused by collaboration effect of all components in the passivation film.
