| 摘 要： | 潜在通路分析技术作为一门新兴技术在通信设备中的应用越来越广泛,尤其是在军事和航天航空领域.阐述了潜在通路的产生、概念、特点、表现形式及其基本的分析方法,尝试了潜在通路分析技术在通信设备中的应用研究,并对潜在通路分析技术的发展进行了展望.

| Abstract: | Sneak Circuit Analysis(SCA) technology has found wider and wider application in communication device,especially in military electronic equipments and aerospace and aviation systems,as a newly developed technology.This paper introduces the origination and definition and characteristics and representation of sneak circuit and the sneak circuit analysis technology.And the applying of SCA in communication equipments is under researching.This paper has given a prospective review on the application and the development foreground of the SCA,too. |
