| 摘 要： | 辛安渡农场最大的特色是土地为国家所有,避免了因土地所有权不一造成产业难以协调等多方面的困难。其结构规划选取“统筹控制,分区聚合”的模式,形成“一轴、两镇、三村”的空间格局。
