| 摘 要： | 大面积凝视红外焦平面列阵(ICPA)代表了红外前视探测器件的发展方向。但在半导体红外FPA研究中却面临许多棘手的重大技术问题,而理论和研究都证明,采用全新的超导FPA却可能有效地解决这些问题。本文从一个侧面概述了超导红外FPA的特性及有关研究进展。
