装饰性镀铑液的研究

摘    要:研究了装饰性镀铑液的电镀工艺及配方.考察了酸量对镀液的影响;温度和电流密度对镀液电流效率的影响;添加剂和铑含量对镀液电流效率及镀件白度的影响以及时间对镀件耐腐蚀的影响.最后得到了较好的电镀工艺及配方.

Abstract:In this paper, the electroplating technology and craft of Rhodium-plating decoration were studied in detail. The effect of acidity on the solution was tested. Th solution used for e influence factors on the current efficiency were investigated, such as temperature and electric current density. The effects of the additives and contents of Rhodium on the current efficiency and brighteness of the plating articles were also studied. The effect of time on the corrosion resistance of the plating articles was described, the optimal conditions and craft were achieved in this paper.
