微波促进下9-芳基十氢吖啶衍生物的合成

摘    要:以乙醇为溶剂,在高压条件、微波促进下利用芳醛、1,3-环己二酮(CHDO)、醋酸铵为原料一步合成了9-芳基十氢吖啶。整个反应快速高效、绿色环保、后处理简单。产物结构由气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC/HS)进行分析,经红外光谱及熔点测定确证,并推断了产物可能的合成机理。

Abstract:Under high pressure and microwave irradiation, a series of 9-aryldecahydroacridine derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of aromatic aldehydes, 1,3-cyclohexanedione and NH4OAc in enthanol. The entire reactions were rapid and efficient. The structures of aim outcomes were analysed by the GC/MS, and corroborated by FTIR and Melting point detector. The he possible mechanism of products was also inferred.
