波形膨胀节对管壳式换热器固定管板的影响

摘    要:针对固定管板管壳式换热器有时因管,壳间温度差大,引起轴向力太大;管板太厚,影响换热管与管板的连接质量等问题,分析了在其壳体上设置波形膨胀节后,温差轴向力可显著降低,明显改善了管板的受力情况,当出现固定管板太厚时,设计宜在换热器壳体上设置波形膨胀等。

Abstract:The large temperature difference between the tube and the shell in the fixed tube sheet tube shell type heat exchanger sometimes results in too large axial stress and too thick tube sheets,affecting the quality of connection between tube sheet and heat exchange tube.With the corrugated expansion joint installed on the shell of the heat exchanger,the axial stress due to the temperature difference can be reduced remarkably,and the load on the tube sheet can be improved obviously.When fixed tube sheets are to thick,it is advisable to install corrugated expansion joint on the shell of the heat exchanger in the design.
