环氧丙烷工业合成技术进展

摘    要:针对环氧丙烷的合成技术现状,对主要的工业合成方法(氯醇法、共氧化法、双氧水直接氧化法等)进行了分析并对电化学催化氧化、光催化氧化、胶束催化氧化、生物酶催化氧化等合成环氧丙烷的新技术进行了评述。通过对工艺技术路线的综合对比,对我国环氧丙烷工业的发展方向提出建议。

Abstract:On the basis of present situation of propylene oxide production technology,some main industrial technologies such as chlorhydrin process,co-oxidation process and HPPO process were analyzed.Furthermore,a review about some approaches to PO preparation,including electrochemical catalytic oxidation,photocatalysis catalytic oxidation,enzymatic technique,and micelles catalytic oxidation were presented as well.And some proposals were made on the development of propylene oxide producing process in China.
