| Abstract: | The crystallization of an MgO-Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 glass containing TiO2 as a nucleating agent was investigated using replication electron microscopy. The hardness varied in a complex manner with the heat-treatment time but correlated to some extent with the observed changes in microstructure. |
