摘    要:选用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)有机物作为硅源,以醋酸-醋酸铵缓冲液和氨水为催化剂,采用两步催化法制备SiO2粉体。研究了制备SiO2的几个影响因素:水醇盐的摩尔比,催化剂的浓度及用量,反应温度和陈化温度。确定了制备SiO2的最佳工艺条件,缩短了工艺周期,并利用X-射线衍射(XRD)分析、扫描电镜(SEM)照片、傅立叶变温红外(FT-IR)图谱、综合热分析对SiO2的结构和性能进行了表征。

Abstract:To prepare silica through two-step sol-gel process, with TEOS as the silicon source, and with CH3COOH- CH3COONH4 and NH3 · H2O as the catalyst. It investigated the impact of some factors in the preparation, such as the molar ratio of the water to alkoxide, the catalyst content, the reaction tempreture, and the aging tempreture. Finally, the optimum conditions to prepare silica were determined. Meanwhile, the preparation period was shortened. In the experiment, the X-ray diffraction (XRD), the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and the thermal analysis (TGDSC) were used to characterize the siliea's structure and other properties.
