| 摘 要： | 普通水性彩瓦涂料表干时间较长,一般为2h,不利于喷涂的施工进度。合成了一种快干型聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,结合苯丙乳液、颜填料以及进口助剂等,制备出一种快干型彩瓦涂料。研究表明：在25℃时,当聚乙烯醇缩丁醛的加入量（质量分数）为8%时,该彩瓦涂料的表干时间可达20 min左右,较普通的彩瓦涂料表干时间大为缩短。该快干型水性彩瓦涂料已应用于多处灾后重建工程。

| Abstract: | Common waterborne colored encaustic tile coatings,with a longer drying time of 2 h,is not favorable for the construction schedule.In this paper,a quick-dry polyvinyl butyral resin was synthesized,then combination of PVB resin,styrene-acrylate emulsion,pigments and fillers and imported adjuvants,a quick-dry waterborne colored encaustic tile coating was prepared.The results indicate that at 25 ℃,when the addition of polyvinyl butyral（mass fraction） is 8%,drying time of the colored encaustic tile coating is up to around 20 min,which is greatly shortened than common waterborne colored encaustic tile coatings.The quick drying waterborne encaustic tile coating has been applied to several post-disaster reconstruction project. |
