摘    要:针对ZD—QMJ—D27L45型球磨机故障诊断困难的问题,提出了一种改进的可调阈值谐波小波分析方法。采用非接触式方法采集球磨机运行过程的声音数据,利用可调阈值方法去除噪声,对所得结果用谐波小波方法进行处理,提取特征并诊断出故障。研究实例表明,可调阈值谐波小波方法在有效去除噪声的同时能较好地保留有用的突变特征,适用于这类问题的处理。

A Kind of Improved Harmonic Wavelet and Its Application in Failure Diagnosis

Abstract:Aimed at the tough question that it is difficult to diagnosis the mechanic failure of ZD - QMJ - D27L45 bali grinder, a kind of improved adjustable threshold harmonic wavelet analysis method was proved. Non-touch method was used to gather tuning sounds data of ball grinder, adjustable threshold technology was used to remove noise data. Finally, harmonic wavelet method was used to distill feature from pre-proposed data, and mechanic failure was diagnosised. A research case shows that adjustable threshold harmonic wavelet technology can save quick changed features while removing noise, and can be used for this kind of mechanic failure diagnosis.
