钢丝拉拔过程中的发热及其危害

摘    要:钢丝连续拉拔时 ,拉拔热的积累会使钢丝产生时效 ,从而影响钢丝的性能 ,造成钢丝通条性能不均匀。分析拉拔速度、冷却条件等对钢丝抗拉强度、扭转性能等的影响 ,提出防止钢丝时效的措施 ,如增加拉拔道次 ,减小部分压缩率 ,降低拉拔速度 ,改善冷却、润滑条件等。指出解决钢丝发热问题的最有效方法是采用钢丝直接水冷方式

Abstract:The accumulation of heat generated in steel wire drawing may lead to ageing of steel wire,which affects the property of steel wire and causes the inhomogeneity of property of the whole steel wire The effects of drawing speed and cooling condition on tensile strength and torsion property are analyzed Some measures for preventing ageing are put forward,such as to increase number of drawing,reduce pass draught,lower drawing speed,improve cooling and lubricating condition etc It is indicated that the most effective way to solve the problem of steel wire generating heat is adopting direct water cooling for steel wire
