摘    要:介绍了一种利用近似平面集总参数并联LC电路制成的小尺寸微带-槽线过渡。在4~10GHz的频段内对过渡结构的插入损耗进行了优化并得到了一组优化尺寸。设计了2个测试电路以便于间接测试出过渡结构的结果。对近似的LC结构进行了分析,并算出了其等效的电感和电容值,同时预测了过渡结构的中心频率。仿真和测试结果吻合良好。经测试,在4~10GHz的频段内,插入损耗小于1·3dB。

Abstract:A design for a small size microstrip-to-slotline transition using approximate planar lumped-parameter parallel LC circuits is proposed.The insertion loss of the transition is optimized in the frequency band of 4 - 10 GHz and a set of optimized sizes is obtained.Two test circuits are designed to indirectly measure the results of the transition. The approximate LC structure is analyzed, and the equivalent inductance and capacitance are calculated.The center frequency of the transition is also forecasted. Both the results of simulation and measurement are in good consistence.The measured bandwidth for 1.3 dB insertion loss is from 4 GHz to 10 GHz.
