摘    要:文章重点探讨了氢氧化铝(ATH)对覆铜板各项性能的影响及作用机理。适量的氢氧化铝能够改善产品的阻燃性,降低Z-CTE、提高产品的刚性和耐湿性等,但同时会对产品的耐热性以及耐碱性产生负面影响。

Abstract:The effects of aluminum hydroxide on FR-4 CCL and its mechanism were mainly discussed in this article. When aluminum hydroxide was used in appropriated weight, it can improve flame retardance, decrease Z-CTE of FR-4, also increase the rigidity and moist resistance. However, aluminum hydroxide will make negative effects on heat resistance and alkali resistance.
