大流动度水泥混凝土路面快速修补材料性能研究

摘    要:利用自行研制的复合功能掺合料(SPF)配制出了24h抗折强度大于35MPa、抗压强度大于20MPa的路面快速修补混凝土。拉此基础上,采用正交试验设计方法分析了各因素对混凝土的早期抗压强度、抗折强度的影响规律,并对新老混凝土界面粘结性能及抗冻性等性能进行了试验研究。在实际破损混凝土路面修补中进行应用,结果表明:所配制的嗲补混凝土便于施工操作、早期强度发展快以及耐久性能良好,修补区混凝土满足24h开放交通的要求。

Abstract:The test result for raid-repair pavement concrete prepared with the composite functional admixture (SPF) shows that the compressive strength and the flexural strength is respectively higher than 20 MPa and 3.5 Mpa at 24h. On this basis, orthogonal experiment for studying several factors affecting the early compressive strength and the flexural strength of concrete is made, and interracial bond strength of old-new concrete ,frost resistance and other performances are studied. The results of repair application shows the concrete prepared has advantages of very good construction performance, quick early strength development, excellent durability, which can demand the requirement of repairing the cement concrete pavement within 12 hours.
