36V/2A数控开关稳压电源设计

摘    要:本文设计的开关稳压电源系统采用基于KA3525PWM控制芯片的推挽式功率变换器,实现了28V-38V连续可调的直流稳定输出电压,并通过凌阳SPCE061A精简开发板实现了电压的步进值为1的调整和输出电压的LCD显示。经测试,系统各项技术指标均达到设计要求。

Abstract:In this paper,the switching power supply uses push-pull power converter which is based on KA3525 PWM control chip,realizing the continual adjustable DC output voltage which ranges from 28v~38v.By means of SPCE061A evaluation board, the step value of output voltage is 1 and the output voltage is displayed in LCD.The testing results show that all technical indicators meet the design requirements.
