| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来 ,特别是党的十五大以来 ,我国的中小企业发展迅速 ,在国民经济和社会发展中的地位和作用日益增强。但面对当前日益激烈的市场竞争 ,尤其是我国加入WTO ,如何应对挑战是我国中小企业目前迫切需要解决的问题。笔者认为中小企业通过技术创新实现跨越式发展不失为一明智的选择。

| Abstract: | Since the opening and reform of China and especially since the 15th Party Congress, China's small and medium-sized enterprises have developed rapidly and played a more and more important role in the development of national economy and society. Being faced with more and more fierce market competition after China's entry into the WTO, however, how to deal with the competition is a problem that demands immediate solution to small and medium-sized enterprises. It is held in this paper that it is advisable for small and medium-sized enterprises to realize great-leap-forward development through technological innovation. |
