摘    要:研究了木质填料的种类和含量对木塑复合材料性能的影响。实验发现:随着木粉、竹粉含量的提高,复合材料的拉伸强度、维卡软化温度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量都得到了较大幅度的提高,冲击强度、断裂伸长率和熔体流动速率有所下降。不同粒径和不同种类的木质填料对复合材料的力学性能也有明显的影响,以100目木粉制得复合材料的性能最好,DSC实验数据分析表明:木粉、竹粉含量的变化对复合材料体系的熔融温度有影响;SEM扫描冲击断口形貌表明:相容剂能够有效改善木粉与HDPE界面的相容性,提高界面黏合力,从而使复合材料的性能得到提高。

Abstract:HDPE/WOOD blends of different kinds and contents of wood flour were prepared. The effect of the contents and kinds of wood flour on the mechanical properties were discussed, and the flowability and morphological structure of composites were studied by means of DSC and SEM. The result showed that with the increase of the content of wood flour or bamboo flour, the tensile strength, VST, flexural strength and flexural modulus all improved obviously, but the impact strength, elongation at break and MFR of the composites dropped. The particle size and kind of woody filler have obvious influenced the mechanical properties of composite, and the mechanical properties of blends were the best when the particle size of wood flour was of 100 mesh. The DSC analysis found that the content of woody filler have obviously affected the melting temperature (Tm) of the composite. SEM photographs of notched impact specimens exhibited that the compatibilizer could improve the interfacial compatibility between wood flour and HDPE and raise interfacial adhesion, so the proportion of the composite are improved.
