刚性罐道弯曲检测系统设计

摘    要:为了对刚性罐道弯曲变形进行合理、准确的检测,并及时采取有效的措施,防止事故发生,介绍一种以AT89S52和AD7895-10芯片为核心的刚性罐道弯曲检测系统的设计原理及实现方法,并应用于刚性罐道弯曲检测的实践中.其结果表明,该数字化罐道检测系统功耗低、采样精度高、可靠性好,能实时地将数据传给上位机,而且使得硬件电路较为简单,整个仪器更具推广性和实用性.
