The Energy Consumption Problem of the High-rise Building and its Countermeasure

Building energy consumption has already become an important component of national total energy consumption, especially for the high-rise buildings. At present treatment countermeasure to this problem has two forms internationally: the passive treatment based on energy-conservation and positive treatment based on utilizing various regenerated energy voluntarily.
