摘    要:介绍了电动汽车用充电机的主电路拓扑。主电路采用一种新颖的ZVZCS PWM全桥变换器,通过在变压器副边加上一个钳位电容和两个续流二极管来复位主电路,实现了超前桥臂的ZVS和滞后桥臂的ZCS。分析了主电路工作原理,给出了仿真和实验波形。

Abstract:The main circuit of the charger used in automobile is introduced. A novel zero-voltage and zero-currentswitching full-bridge pulsewidth modulation converter is used in the main circuit. It realizes ZVS for leading-leg and ZCS for lagging-lag by using one clamping capacitor and two free wheeling diodes to reset the primary current. The operation principle is analyzed. The simulation waveforms and experimental results are provided.
