| 摘 要： | 采用代用材料及冷焊法对磨煤机变速箱高速轴断裂部位进行了修复，较好地控制了焊接变形。通过机加工基本消除了焊接变形的影响，设备运转正常。为今后进行轴的焊接修复工作摸索了成功经验。

| Abstract: | With the replacement material and cold welding method, the high-speed shaft rupture section of gearbox for mill is repaired, and welding deformation is controlled well. The welding deformation is eliminated by way of mechanical processing, and the repaired equipment works normally, which accumulates a good successful experience for repair welding of shaft in the future. |
