无粘结预应力技术在圆形水池中的设计与应用

摘    要:江津某污水处理厂工程日处理污水能力为3万吨,水池由内、外两部分组成,外池内径为54.08m,内池内径为20.04m,高4.7m,为半地下室结构。在水池的结构设计中,外池池壁采用无粘结预应力方案,以满足大直径圃形水池池壁环向应力较高的要求,并取得了良好的经济技术指标。本文根据实际工程简要介绍了水池预应力部分的设计与施工。

Design and Application of Unbonded Prestressing Technology in Circular Water Tank
Abstract:The daily sewage treatment capacity of a certain sewage treatment plant in Jiang Jin is 30000tons, the pools are divided into inner and outer sections. The diameter of the outside pool is 54.08 meters, and 50.04 meters for the inside pool, with all heights of 4.7 meters.
