| 摘 要： | 用悬浮聚合法制备了直径在0.81～2.83μm胺基磁性微珠;用戊二醛法对ApoB_(100)单抗进行了碱性磷酸醇的标记,并成功地进行了ApoB_(100)蛋白的定量检测。

| Abstract: | Manufactured the aminogroup magnetic microbeads with suspended polymeriaztion. The range of diameter of the microbeads is from 0. 81 to 2. 83 fun. Liuked monoclonal antibody of ApoB100 with alkaline phosphatase by glutaraldehyde, and succeeded in quatitatie detection of ApoB100. |
