摘    要:德兴铜矿随着扩大采选生产规模技术改造工程建设顺利推进,大山选矿厂2.25万t/d扩产项目在2010年11月建成投产,德兴铜矿日采选综合生产能力从原来的10.75万t/d增加到13万t/d。根据德兴铜矿2010-2014年"五年规划",采矿场将在2011年底形成13万t/d出矿能力,与选矿厂新增2.25万t/d扩产项目投产时间差距较大,为满足选厂供矿需求,采矿场必需对两个采区的工程布局进行方案优化,在富家坞采区出矿能力较小的条件下,加大铜厂采区出矿能力,以同步实现13万t/d供矿能力。

Abstract:With the smooth progress of expansion of the construction of mining and production scale technological transformation project of Dexing Copper Mine, and with completion and commissioning of 22,500 t/d capacity expansion project of Dashan Concentrator in November 2010, Dexing Copper Mine's mining production capacity has been increased from the original 107,500 t/d to 130,000 t/d. According to the five -year plan from 2010 to 2014 of Dexing Copper Mine, the mine capacity of 130,000 t/d will be formed at the end of 2011 in the mining field. The time gap between the increasing 22,500 t/d capacity expansion project of Dashan Concentrator is larger. To meet the ore demand of the Concentrator, tripping layout optimization program is necessary in two areas of the mining field. While for the minor capacity in Fujiawu mining area, the capacity of ore supply in Tongchang mining area should be increased to synchronize 130,000 t/d of ore supply capacity.
