蚁群算法数据点排序技术研究

摘    要:逆向工程中对测量点云通过截面截取,生成截面数据点云,对截面数据点进行排序构建截面线从而生成曲面实体。截面数据点的正确排序在构建截面线的过程中非常重要,基于旅行商优化原理,运用蚁群算法研究了数据点的排序技术,通过建立适合蚁群算法的数学模型,设置合理的优化参数,给出了运用蚁群算法实现优化排序的过程,最后用实例验证了该方法的正确性。

Abstract:In reverse engineering(RE),the surface is reconstructed by section contours obtained through cross-sectional data fitting.It is vital to schedule the data points in accordance with its topological feature before constructing the cross-sectional contour.Based on traveling salesman problem,the scheduling technology is presented using ant colony algorithm.The mathematical model is established and the optimization parameter is chosen,the process of optimization scheduling is put forward and the reconstruction of parts is realized.Finally,experimental results are presented to verify the feasibility of the new algorithm.
