| 摘 要： | 介绍了涂刮法全塑整芯阻燃输送带的研制。主要包括带芯结构和材质的选择，用于配方设计的树脂，阻燃剂、增塑剂的选择和芯糊、盖糊配方及物性，制糊工艺、涂刮制造工艺路线的确定，成品带的物理机械性能和安全性能。经试验测试，产品性能符合MT147-95《煤矿用阻燃抗静电织物整芯输送带》标准。

| Abstract: | Manufacture of full plastic solid woven flame- resistant conveyer belt by draw-off method was introduced in this paper, which consisted of the construction of belt core and the choice of the resin, the plasticizer and the anti-flammability agent used for formula design, the formula and the physical function of core paste and cover paste, ensuring the technology of making paste and the draw-off craft route, the physical properties of the finished product belt and its safety properties. The properties of products were in conformity with MT147-95, the standard of anti-static and flame-resistant solid woven fabric conveyer belt; for coal Mines. |
