摘    要:本文通过测定73-1型烘茧灶内干燥介质的流速和温度,探明了分布情况。结果表明,烘茧灶内的气流主要是左右方向的平行流;其次,是中层的垂直流;下层是前后方向的平行流。上述流场分布,决定了烘茧灶内的温度中层高,上、下低,铅垂方向的温差小于水平方向的温差。

Abstract:Flow velocities and drying medium temperatures in 73-1 Cocoon Drying Stove are measured and their distribution ascertained.It is found that the drying chamber fluid flow consists mainly of the left and right parallel flo- ws,the centraI region vertical flow,and the lower region forward and back- ward parallel flows.As a result of such a flow field,the temperature in the central region of drying chamber is higher than that in the upper or lower region,and temperature profiles show the temperature difference in vertical direction is less than that in horizontal direction.
