铜精炼阳极炉还原过程炉膛烟气温度动态模型

摘    要:基于能量平衡原理,建立了铜精炼还原过程炉膛烟气温度动态模型.由此动态模型及应用可知,当液化气质量流量、助燃空气质量流量在其静态值上扰动幅度相等时,液化气质量流量扰动对炉膛内烟气温度变化影响较小,而助燃空气质量流量扰动相对前者来说,影响要大得多.且铜精炼还原过程炉膛具有很大的热惯性,这直接导致炉膛烟气温度动态响应速度很慢,动态过程时间很长的现象出现.此动态模型有利于铜精炼阳极炉的在线优化控制.

Abstract:A dynamic model of smoke temperature in the hearth was established based on the law of energy conservation. The results of the model and its application revealed that the influence degree on the smoke temperature change in the hearth by the disturbance of mass flux of liquefied petroleum gas was much greater than that by the disturbance of mass flux of combustion-supporting air when their disturbances were equal to each other at their static values. Furthermore, and the value of heat inertia in the hearth of copper refining rotary anode furnace in the reduction phase is so big that smoke temperature change can not quickly respond to the disturbance. The model can be used in the on-line control and optimization of the copper refining process.
